Where our purpose for processing is: to collect, store and/or use contact details to enable Pedryn to provide services to you, and to be paid for those services that have been delivered. If you are unable to provide essential personal information we may be unable to deliver the services you wish to commission. Pedryn may collect your contact details when you:

- Disclose your video conferencing id(s)
- Submit a contact form from this website

Please note that Pedryn’s Contact form does not save IP addresses nor browser user agent string data. Pedryn does not use automated decision making and/or user profiling.
Which is necessary because: Pedryn collects personal information without which it would not be possible to perform our contract with you, or to perform actions, at your instigation, prior to a contract being made. Where you choose to give us your personal details, the personal data you provide Pedryn will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service you have requested.
Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until the end of the contract that we have with you, and/or it is determined that we no longer need your information. At the end of the retention period, your data will either be deleted or anonymised.
Sharing your information: Pedryn does not sell nor share your personal details (such as your email address) with other businesses for marketing or other purposes, nor will your contact details or other personal information be used for financial gain. We do not collect any personal data that we do not need in order to provide our services.
Pedryn may be obliged by law to disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies, or regulatory bodies, if a legally valid request is made.

Sponsored links, affiliate tracking and commissions
Our website does not contain adverts nor sponsored and affiliate links. We do however optionally display social media posts from our Twitter account. Twitter provide their services based on their privacy and cookie policies. Twitter posts will only be displayed if you choose to “Accept All Cookies” in the banner displayed at the foot of the website.
If you have any concerns about the uses Twitter may have for your data then you may choose to not click on the “Accept All Cookies” button.
